Thank you for sending the Cinch Traps so quickly. As you can see from the photo - we needed them. I have never had any success with the Macabee traps, or other similar wire traps. Perhaps I don't have enough strength in my hands to set them properly. In any case, I cought 2 pocket gophers in the first 24 hours of receiving your traps. Hopefully. the gophers will be the ones to "see the light at tne end of the tunnnel"...and it will be me.

...The next day...
I had set two traps this morning at 6am. By the time we had breakfast and were out to check the traps, I caught two more. Seeing my unusual success with these traps, my husband was mystified. He wanted me to teach him how to use these Cinch Traps. That in itself, is rather amusing - as it is usual him, that is having to teach me how to do something. I will definitely need to order more traps. I need to reduce the population in a fairly large area, to keep them as far as possible from getting under the foundation of the house

New Product! Dura Poly Live Catch Animal Trap with Positive ID view Window
The most humane, safe and convienent live trap for larger animals such as raccoons, skunks, opossum, feral cats, basically any midsized animals. I use this trap for skunks, possum, raccoon and all medium animals. It comes in two sizes, one a 9" x 9" and the other a 12" x 12". The trap is probably the most humane I have ever used as the captured animal seems comfortable and secure and if you add a little bedding it is even better. Transport and release is very easy, rarely does a skunk spray and the trap is easy to clean. If you must euthanize due to a sick animal or state regulations, the trap is a good chamber for that process, again not frightening the animal. I install a clear plexiglass window on the top of the closed end for positive identification of catch. You can not get this view window anywhere else, so I do charge a little extra for the installation
