Here are a few pictures of the project I recently completed at 250 California, Spring Hill Elementary, Santa Cruz.  All are pleased. Your product (4’x100’ stainless steel rolls) made this challenging project SO much easier than it could’ve been. I can’t begin to tell you how frustrating other projects have been (using galvanized “gopherwire”). Simply….inconsistent with obvious malfunctions at the manufacturing plant😳. Seriously, once we pinned the proper “overlap” (4-6”) and aligned the roll, it rolled down the entire 100’ slope EXACTLY in place as to not require pulling and repositioning. Awesome. Trapping Training For Contractors and Landscapers

We have trained many landscape professionals in the art of trapping. As well as in discouraging and/or excluding major landscape pests.

The focus is on minimal disturbance of turf and landscapes.

Target animals are gophers, moles, voles, ground squirrels, raccoons, opossums, skunks and deer.

A typical training session will consist of:

An early morning (if possible) trap setting session

A Power Point lecture on basic pest animal biology. The focus on behaviors and mannerisms that allow effective trapping or control.

The lecture will also include:

Attracting predators

Using sprays and drenches

Different fencing and barrier options including proper ways to gopher and mole proof turf areas

Several trapping methods that do not require large excavations

After the lecture:

The group returns to the morning trapping area 

Traps are checked and reset

New trapping areas are discovered

More traps are set to demonstrate effective trapping techniques. 

 Here are some project pictures using your awesome product. This one in my own neighborhood in SV. This one was really fun as this project was funded by “the kids” who wanted to surprise their (aging) mother who was on vacation visiting family in Japan.  We went with a more ergonomic design (higher beds), a high-end organic veggie soil mix, and of course, Stainless Steel Wire from Gophers Limited to protect the plants & paths.
